Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support to employees, being the point of contact for all queries.
- Manage HRIS, reporting, and administration, including SuccessFactors.
- Lead performance management initiatives and processes.
- Support the specialist IR/ER manager with grievances, disciplinaries, and policy compliance.
- Develop and implement succession planning, talent development initiatives, and L&D programs.
- Support the Graduate program and mentoring initiatives.
- Contribute to the Leadership program and learning initiatives.
- Coach line managers in best HR practices.
- Promote engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Undertake generalist HR activities and group projects.
Qualifications:
- HR Qualification or similar/CIPD.
- 6 years' experience in Industry/Manufacturing/Unionised environment.
- Strong business partnering skills and excellent communication skills.
- Practical operational HR background and a solid track record of progression in previous role(s).
- Proven track record of driving change and influencing behaviours at all levels.
- Ability to add value and drive change across a business.
- A proactive self-starter.
- Technical experience with systems, payroll, and SuccessFactors an advantage.
