Seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide strategic support to employees and management team in a manufacturing site, driving engagement, wellbeing, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to employees, being the point of contact for all queries.
  • Manage HRIS, reporting, and administration, including SuccessFactors.
  • Lead performance management initiatives and processes.
  • Support the specialist IR/ER manager with grievances, disciplinaries, and policy compliance.
  • Develop and implement succession planning, talent development initiatives, and L&D programs.
  • Support the Graduate program and mentoring initiatives.
  • Contribute to the Leadership program and learning initiatives.
  • Coach line managers in best HR practices.
  • Promote engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Undertake generalist HR activities and group projects.

Qualifications:

  • HR Qualification or similar/CIPD.
  • 6 years' experience in Industry/Manufacturing/Unionised environment.
  • Strong business partnering skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Practical operational HR background and a solid track record of progression in previous role(s).
  • Proven track record of driving change and influencing behaviours at all levels.
  • Ability to add value and drive change across a business.
  • A proactive self-starter.
  • Technical experience with systems, payroll, and SuccessFactors an advantage.
