  • Monitor and manage absence records

  • Lead talent management programme
  • Manage temporary agency providers
  • Participate in workforce planning
  • Manage employee probationary periods
  • Lead training agenda
  • Maintain site succession plan
  • Drive employee engagement programme
  • Coach and mentor site managers
  • Enhance connections with local universities

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR or equivalent experience
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law
  • Superior communication skills
  • Experience in operational multi-site HR role
