Seeking HR Manager to lead HR strategy for industry leader in Longford. Minimum 5 years HR experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement group HR strategies at site level
- Manage recruitment and induction process
- Support new employees with accommodation, social security, and onboarding
- Advise managers on HR matters
- Monitor and manage absence records
- Manage employee forums
- Lead talent management programme
- Manage temporary agency providers
- Participate in workforce planning
- Manage employee probationary periods
- Lead training agenda
- Maintain site succession plan
- Drive employee engagement programme
- Coach and mentor site managers
- Enhance connections with local universities
Requirements:
- Degree in HR or equivalent experience
- Excellent knowledge of employment law
- Superior communication skills
- Experience in operational multi-site HR role
