HR Manager sought to lead HR function in a growing manufacturing company, shaping strategies and driving growth across two Irish sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Group HR strategies at site level in coordination with Group HR.
- Provide HR support for site and function-specific matters.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction processes.
- Advise managers on HR-related issues and ensure smooth management of employee probationary periods.
- Lead talent management and employee engagement programs.
- Partner with site managers on workforce planning and deliver on the training agenda.
- Manage absence records and support the operation of Employee Forums.
- Drive succession planning and development programs.
- Coach and mentor site managers, contributing to leadership development and team performance.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- CIPD membership is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, along with excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Collaborative team player, with the ability to work independently and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, capable of efficiently managing the HR function across two locations.
- Experience in a fast-paced working environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
