Job Description

HR Manager sought to lead HR function in a growing manufacturing company, shaping strategies and driving growth across two Irish sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Group HR strategies at site level in coordination with Group HR.
  • Provide HR support for site and function-specific matters.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction processes.
  • Advise managers on HR-related issues and ensure smooth management of employee probationary periods.
  • Lead talent management and employee engagement programs.
  • Partner with site managers on workforce planning and deliver on the training agenda.
  • Manage absence records and support the operation of Employee Forums.
  • Drive succession planning and development programs.
  • Coach and mentor site managers, contributing to leadership development and team performance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • CIPD membership is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, along with excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • Collaborative team player, with the ability to work independently and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, capable of efficiently managing the HR function across two locations.
  • Experience in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
