HR Manager - County Longford - Manufacturing The role: Based in County Longford this is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional looking to take the next step in their career. As a key member of the HR team, you will lead the implementation of HR strategies across the organisation, oversee HR activities while supporting the wider HR team. You'll work on a variety of HR initiatives while partnering with managers to deliver people-centric solutions. The main responsibilities: Implement Group HR strategies at the site level. Provide HR support on site and function-specific matters. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction processes. Advise managers and supervisors on HR issues and best practices. Lead the Talent Management program and Employee Engagement initiatives. Drive workforce planning and succession strategies in line with business needs. Oversee the management of employee forums and training programs. Enhance university connections to support a high-quality Graduate Program. Serve as a coach and mentor for site managers, helping them develop their teams. The ideal candidate: A degree in HR or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. CIPD membership (advantageous). Strong knowledge of employment law and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to travel occasionally to other sites.
