Find out more about  What you will be doing In this role you will manage the HR provision for Ricoh Ireland, supporting the mid-term strategy, through effective operational and tactical people solutions. Responsible for managing all employee relations issues, through an end-to-end process in line with legislation and company policies, ensuring all cases are handled professionally and sensitively to protect the reputation of the business. To develop and execute relevant people plans in conjunction with the Managing Director and HR Business Partner, ensuring balance between commercial requirements, the HR agenda and compliance with legislative requirements. To assist and execute the delivery of change management and business improvement programmes across Ricoh Ireland to optimise business performance and enhance employee engagement. To proactively analyse People performance metrics for Ricoh Ireland, identifying an trends and areas for improvement, developing plans to drive performance, increase employee engagement and build organisational capability. To manage and drive projects that deliver cultural, transformational, or structural change, increasing brand awareness and the use of the Employee Value Proposition and the aim to be an Employer of Choice. To be responsible for the development of effective talent management plans, ensuring they support the Diversity strategy and cover all aspects of resourcing, performance management, retention, and development Undertake activity to understand underlying culture, identifying areas for improvement which effectively deliver employee performance and engagement and implement HR initiatives to drive a positive culture that supports the Ricoh values. Support the business in responding to tenders and bids by providing HR and ESG information, ensuring that legal requirements associated with TUPE legislation adhered too. Working with Ricoh UK and Ricoh Europe to provide advice and support on Ricoh Ireland reward and benefits processes to ensure that Ricoh Ireland remain competitive against the Irish market.
