Dynamic HR Leader Sought to Drive Strategic Growth
Award-winning food manufacturing organisation in Ireland seeks a seasoned HR Manager to spearhead talent management, employee relations, and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as strategic advisor to the Managing Director, providing expert guidance on HR matters and business goals
- Oversee full talent planning and recruitment process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and budgetary constraints
- Review and update training matrix, identifying new opportunities and external providers
- Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and procedures to align with business objectives and legislative requirements
- Provide HR advisory support to departmental managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, absence management, and performance reviews
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as HR Manager, with expertise in high-volume recruitment, employee relations, and HRIS systems
- Skilled in training and development, absence management, and performance reviews
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with company stakeholders and departmental managers
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving capability, and adaptability
- Preferably holds CIPD Qualification or HR Degree
