Job Description

Seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead talent planning, recruitment, and employee relations for a rapidly growing food manufacturing organisation in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director and company stakeholders, providing guidance and support to execute the company's overall agenda.
  • Manage the organisation's full talent planning and recruitment process, adhering to legal requirements and budgetary spend.
  • Review and update the company's training matrix to ensure legal compliance and identify new training opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, strategies, and procedures to align with the company's business goals and comply with legislative requirements.
  • Provide HR advisory support and advice to departmental managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience at HR Manager level.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment, employee relations, and utilising HRIS Systems.
  • Skilled in training and development, absence management, and performance reviews.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with company stakeholders and departmental managers.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving capability, and ability to be adaptable.
