Award-winning food manufacturing organisation seeks HR Manager to build best-in-class HR function, exercising autonomy and collaborating with Managing Director to achieve business demands.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Provide strategic advice to Managing Director and company stakeholders
Manage full talent planning and recruitment process
Review and update training matrix and HR policies
Provide HR advisory support and advice
**Requirements:**
Minimum 3 years experience at HR Manager level
Experience in high-volume recruitment, employee relations and HRIS Systems
Skilled in training and development, absence management and performance reviews
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with company stakeholders and departmental managers
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving capability and ability to be adaptable
