Job Description
Job Summary: Lead strategic HR initiatives for an award-winning food manufacturing organisation in County Tipperary. Drive talent planning, recruitment, and employee relations to achieve business demands and double workforce by 2029.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as strategic advisor to the Managing Director and stakeholders, providing correct advice and support.
- Manage full talent planning and recruitment process, adhering to legal requirements and budget.
- Review and update the company's training matrix to ensure legal compliance and identify new training opportunities.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, strategies, and procedures to align with business goals and comply with legislative requirements.
- Provide HR advisory support and advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
Requirements:- Minimum 3 years experience at HR Manager level.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment, employee relations, and utilising HRIS systems.
- Skilled in training and development, absence management, and performance reviews.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and departmental managers.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving capability, and adaptability.
- CIPD Qualification or HR Degree (preferable).
