Job Description

Cpl HR recruitment are exclusively recruiting for a Group HR Manager for a successful business in the construction industry, supporting Ireland and the UK. This SME, has great brand values at the heart of the business which is large focus of the HR function. Roles and responsibilities include: Develop and drive the people strategy Lead, develop and drive a small HR function Ensure the values are alive throughout the business by fostering a good employee culture Be a large influencer and advocate for the business Support with all front line employee relations cases, offering the best solution possible Ensure performance management, succession planning, wellbeing and engagement are all being considered continuously Skills and experience required: 10+ years in progressive HR roles Leading and managing a team would be an advantage Be operationally minded but have the ability to deliver on the HR strategy Multi site experience would be ideal Experience in construction, engineering or manufacturing Must be able to be onsite 5 days per week in line with the rest of the business in North Dublin Occasional travel will be required If you are a seasoned HR professional, looking to advance your career or make a change, get in touch with your CV today to to find out more Skills: HR ER stakeholder management
