Job Description

Join our dedicated team as an office administrator in our Glasson office, working on office and motor industry administration, and providing support to our accounts and general administration teams.

  • Office and motor industry specific administration
  • Liaising with accounts and general administration teams
  • Providing support to accounts and general administration teams
  • Cross referencing and checking tasks
  • Overseeing utilities for multiple premises and related administration
  • Maintaining files for multiple premises
  • Diarising important dates and ensuring administration is in order
  • Recording annual leave and sick leave for employees
  • Maintaining employee records and processing employee paperwork
  • Understanding and adhering to company policies and procedures

About You:

  • Experience in motor industry or human resources is preferred but not essential
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, numerical proficiency in Excel
  • Be organized, diligent, and trustworthy with excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to take direction and complete tasks efficiently, work in a team environment, and manage time effectively
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
