HR Officer Carlow Our client, an award-winning Retail Centre based in Co Carlow, are currently recruiting for a HR Officer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful individual should be extremely driven and innovative and excel in the continuous attraction of candidates. The main responsibility of this role is to develop the HR department and lead the management teams on any HR related matters. Duties: Work closely with hiring managers, establish, lead and drive excellence across an end-to-end recruitment process, including identification of appropriate candidate sourcing channels and active management of both internal and external stakeholder groups to ensure the attraction of top talent and a positive candidate experience Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth induction and onboarding process for new employees. Develop and maintain policies aligned with business values, ensuring compliance with the latest employment legislation. Oversee databases and systems, ensuring GDPR compliance and data integrity. Advise and coach managers on policies and people processes. Lead the development of key people metrics to drive employee and business impact. Advocate for company values, ensuring they are reflected in all policies and processes. Drive talent development initiatives, including performance management and training. Requirements: A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role. Relevant HR Qualification desirable but not essential. Strong knowledge of employment legislation. Comprehensive HR experience, including managing all HR functions. Well organised, enthusiastic, positive and proactive nature with a keen attention to detail. Strong prioritization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work on own initiative and within a team.
