Job Description

Our client is seeking a HR Officer to join their team, this role is based in Tullamore, Co. Offaly. This is a permanent position offering hybrid working arrangements and competitive company benefits. The role reports directly to the HR Manager. Key Responsibilities: Managing the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and posting job advertisements Overseeing performance management processes Administering payroll Monitoring statutory and non-statutory leave Providing support and advice to management and employees on Organisation policy queries and employee relations issues ensuring that legislation is complied with and that there is consistency across the Organisation. Supporting line managers throughout the employee life cycle. .Managing various processes as required e.g. disciplinary, grievance. Conducting regular HR audits at various locations. Completing general HR administration duties as required. Assisting with staff training initiatives Supporting the implementation of HR programs, employee well-being initiatives, and other HR-related projects Travel may be required for interviews at different location's a full clean Irish driving license is essential. Required Qualifications & Experience: A third-level qualification in Human Resources CIPD qualification or working towards it Experience with HR systems, including performance management and employee onboarding Proficient in MS Office Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Full clean Irish driving license For more information please contact Noelle on or Skills: HR Officer Generalist
