Offaly You will report into the HR Manager This is a permanent job with hybrid working and company benefits *****PLEASE NOTE ONLY CANDIDATES WHO MEET THE REQURED CRITERIA WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE**** Your new job Key duties & responsibilities: Employee disciplinaries & grievances investigations Recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding and job advertisements Performance management Payroll administration Monitoring statutory and non-statutory leave HR metrics and reporting Assist in staff training processes Assist in implementing HR programmes & employee wellbeing, communications & projects Full clean Irish Driving License travel maybe required for interviews in other locations - essential What are we looking for? 3rd level Qualification in HR essential CIPD qualified or working towards - essential At least 3 years experience working as a HR Officer essential Must have knowledge of Irish Labour Laws - essential Knowledge of HR systems i.e. performance management/setting up of new employees Proficient with MS Office packages & IT systems Ability to work in fast-paced environment FULL CLEAN IRISH DRIVING LICENSE - ESSENTIAL Apply for this job now or get in touch with Lisa Egan on By applying, you are giving consent for Matrix Recruitment to contact you about this job.
