This renowned company is known for its commitment to excellence and innovation in the are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Officer to join their team in Carlow. In this role, you will be integral to managing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and company policies. Salary: €50k-€55k Responsibilities of this HR Officer: Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Administer employee benefits and compensation programs. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR matters. Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports. Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives. Support various HR projects and initiatives as needed. Requirements of this HR Officer: A degree in Human Resources, or a related field. Proven experience in an HR role, preferably within a retail or similar environment. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
