HR Officer - County Louth - Award winning organisation MCS Group has been chosen to exclusively partner with a multi-award-winning organisation, as they look to introduce an HR Officer to their team, on a full-time, permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: Provide support across a range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Support managers with employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. Assist with payroll administration and ensure all employee documentation is accurate and up to date. Provide advice on HR matters, including legal compliance and company policies. Manage employee benefits and assist with the development of well-being programs. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Officer role or similar position. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience with HR software and systems. A CIPD level 5 qualification. What's on offer? Salary up to €35k. Flexible working. Company discounts.
