It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they are doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Job Description:Lead HR operations business in Europe, responsible for sorting out and solving complex problems in the process, drive effective communication, and establish corresponding mechanisms to ensure the timeliness of services, continuously improve service levels, and provide better employee experience.Design and optimize HR policies related to the whole employee life cycle events, compensation and benefits, and HR information data management.Manage HR 3rd party services in Europe, improve and standardize the process. Oversee HR operations execution and service delivery, and establish a mechanism for escalation. Establish a monitoring and feedback process.Work with HQ teams, participate in HQ operation-related projects, support the enterprise HRIS system integrations and localization.Research and analyze European regional policies and regulations, formulate and update the company's rules, and establish compliant and reasonable HR policies.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above, with international study or work experience in Europe, in well-known companies is preferred.More than 5 years of global HR-related work experience, familiar with local labor laws and regulations; experience with HR operations, payroll, and Workday system is a plus.Strong communication and coordination skills, able to effectively interact with all organization levels in a multicultural environment.Excellent English is required, and proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing is preferred.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!Please be noted that ONLY one application can be made at a time.
