Job Description

HR Operations Manager is a pivotal role that oversees and optimises human resources functions under the direction of the HR Director. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with Irish labour laws and fostering a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, retention, and offboarding.

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in accordance with Irish labour laws and industry best practices.

  • Managing employee records, payroll, and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and provide guidance on HR matters.

  • Leading a team of HR professionals.

  • Ensuring regular review and follow-up of relevant reports.



The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a HR leadership or supervisory capacity, demonstrating leadership and people management skills.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of Irish labour laws, HR compliance, and WRC.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to mentor, coach, and manage HR teams.

  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, including HRIS.

  • A strong commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
