Cpl HR Recruitment is partnering with a Healthcare, Public Sector client to hire a HR Operations Manager to join their broader HR team in one of their multiple locations across Dublin. In this leadership role, you will report to the Head of HR Operations and oversee a team of 2 direct reports. The successful candidates will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR operations strategies, aligned to the organisation’s culture, and fully focused on a positive employee experience. It is a permanent role, offering hybrid working.RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIREDOversee the daily operations of the HR functionLead the integration and standardisation of HR processes in a dynamic and evolving environmentProvide guidance and support on a wide range of complex employee mattersCultivate strong partnerships and collaborative working relationships with key stakeholdersOffer best practice HR leadership and advice to both HR teams and managersEXPERIENCE REQUIRED4+ years HR experience, preferably working within a Healthcare or Public Sector environmentProven experience in team leadership or people management is essentialExposure to change management processesStrong expertise in Irish employee relations and knowledge of Irish Employment Law is requiredStrong influencing skills and the ability to build lasting relationshipsWillingness to travel across various Dublin locations, on an ad-hoc basis based on business needs.For further information please contact heather.nolan@cpl.ie #J-18808-Ljbffr
