The HR Partner will collaborate with AWS business leaders and other HR teams to innovate, implement, and deploy HR strategies across various functions. This role requires a flexible skill set, including the ability to pivot through scenarios, utilize HR expertise, and connect to the bigger picture.

- Consulting, coaching, and developing leadership
- Fostering an inclusive environment for all employees
- Advocating for employee needs through end-to-end experiences
- Exercising high-judgement and managing through ambiguity
- Supporting employee queries and situations with discretion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience
- Strong business and HR acumen
- Strong communication skills
- Thrives in a high-pressure environment
