Seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead a team of HR Regional Partners in EMEA, providing guidance on people-related topics and supporting business leaders in the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, and Estonia.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team of HR Regional Partners, based in EMEA. The HR Manager will lead a team of HR Regional Partners (HRPs). Amazon HRPs in the EMEA region act as consultants to more than 4,000 people managers, based across 20 different countries. Operating autonomously and delivering high judgement advice, HRPs help to enable an exceptional customer and employee experience, as we strive to be Earth's Best Employer. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead a team of HR Regional Partners in EMEA * Provide guidance on people-related topics to business leaders * Support business leaders in the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, and Estonia * Collaborate with business and HR stakeholders, including HRBP's and Centers of excellence * Develop and implement HR strategies and policies * Analyze data to inform decisions and initiatives * Standardize best practices across EMEA **Key Topics Supported:** * Change management initiatives * Performance improvement processes * Complex and sensitive employee issues * Development sessions for manager effectiveness and capability * Talent Management and Annual Compensation processes * Career conversations and career growth plans **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field * Significant Human Resources experience * Experience of working in a highly matrixed organization * Strong HR acumen, including problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills * Project management and delivery capability with a proven track record of making an impact through data-driven recommendations **Preferred Qualifications:** * Strong communication, coaching, and consulting skills * Proven track record of accomplishments in a fast-paced, customer and employee-focused, international environment * Proven ability to act independently and with discretion, making high judgment decisions * Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and make the best use of available resources
