We are seeking a highly qualified HR Records Specialist to manage personnel records, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and maintain accurate employee data.

About the Role

The HR Records Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel data, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing payroll teams with necessary information for calculating and paying salaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain HR records documentation in accordance with legislation, including hiring, transfer of employees, vacations, sick leaves, and dismissals.
  • Prepare and maintain employee handbooks, job descriptions, and other personnel documentation.
  • Provide payroll teams with necessary information for calculating and paying salaries, vacation pay, allowances, and compensations.
  • Supervise complex dismissal cases and build effective relationships with internal teams and departments.
  • Prepare and issue certificates from the place of work and copies of personnel and similar documents to employees as required.
  • Draft and submit periodic reports to tax and statistical authorities in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of work experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of local labor legislation.
  • Experience complying with local legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Work experience with 1C.
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain effectiveness across a variety of tasks.
