Job Description
Location: Dublin, Ireland. Must be willing to travel to client sites across the city.
Purpose:
This role will serve as the second-tier HR support for a team of 800 IOA associates based in the UKI region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and associates, offering professional and proactive HR support.
- Support employee life cycle events, including onboarding, performance management, and development initiatives.
- Build and maintain effective relationships within the business to provide high-quality HR services.
- Advise managers and associates on statutory compliance and HR best practices, including disciplinary, grievance, maternity, and other HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with off-shore administration teams to ensure robust and smooth HR administration services are delivered.
- Contribute to the delivery of HR implementation plans with a special focus on employee engagement.
- Support HR-related projects such as induction, performance management, and DE&I initatives.
- Provide people perspective support for BU-related projects and implementations.
Required
- Degree in HR or related discipline.
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role providing expert advice to managers and employees preferably within a professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and statutory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
