HR Business Partner Excel Recruitment is delighted to partner with a large and well-established retail group to recruit a HR Business Partner. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a senior HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Salary: €75k - €85k Responsibilities of this HR Business Partner: Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organisational performance. Provide expert HR advice and support across a wide range of areas, including employee relations, talent management, and organisational development. Lead on recruitment strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring the workforce meets the company's evolving needs. Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, ensuring a fair and consistent approach. Develop and implement performance management processes to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Work with leadership to implement learning and development programmes that foster employee growth and align with business needs. Ensure compliance with employment law, health and safety regulations, and industry standards. Requirements of this HRBP: Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role, preferably within a retail or fast-paced commercial environment. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and industry regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated experience in managing complex employee relations issues and delivering effective resolutions. Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals. Experience in leading and implementing HR projects, including performance management, talent acquisition, and employee development programmes. A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
