HRIS Specialist (Workday) Location: Dublin (Hybrid) Salary: Up to €70k p/a depending on experience We are seeking to hire an experience HRIS Specialist with strong Workday configuration experience on behalf of our client in Dublin. This position will involve leading Workday configuration projects from initiation to completion to ensure that the latest Workday features are utilised within the business. Duties: Maintaining and enhancing configurations on Workday functional areas Leading configuration projects from initiation to completion Playing a key role in developing solutions that improve how the business works Performing route cause analysis, troubleshooting issues and providing resolutions Collaborate with stakeholders to gather their requirements and translate them into Workday solutions Requirements: A minimum of 3 years' HRIS experience, with a particular focus on Workday configurations Strong experience across the various Workday functional areas including Performance & Talent, HCM, Recruiting, Absence and Benefits Good knowledge of Workday security protocols If you're interested in this position, apply through the link provided or send your CV to Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
