INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for: Job Title H&S Advisor Project Construction Building Job Location North Dublin Salary €45K - €60K + package *Salary negotiable depending on experience* About the Company Very busy Specialist Contractor who operate across exciting industry sectors such as mission critical, high rise residential, data, commercial etc. The successful applicant will join a reputable company boasting a full order book and genuine progression opportunities for the right person! They are keen to chat to ambitious H&S Professionals who have minimum of 2 years in the construction sector in Ireland with a Main Contractor or Subcontractor. The Role Report into the Health & Safety Manager Keep staff aware of Health & Safety policies and procedures Communicate with Senior Management and Site teams on Health and Safety requirements for site Carry out Audits on site and relay results to senior management Devise and implement strategies to improve H&S on site and in office Uphold PPE Stocks, ensuring staff are well equipped for site work Maintain the promotion of Health and Safety on site and its presence Carry out method Statements, COSHH assessments, toolbox talks, O&M manuals etc Organise site visits, assessments and reporting Provide information to support pre-qualification requirements for various clients Requirements Minimum Level 7 in Occupational H&S Construction Health & Safety background Full Driving License Understanding ISO Management Systems 2+ years in a relevant position with a main contractor or subcontractor in Ireland NEBOSH certification desired Excellent organisation and communication skills Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
