Health, Safety, Environmental and Compliance Manager Role:

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Health & Safety and Compliance Manager to support the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures across all company locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and oversee HSE internal audit processes and conduct periodic leadership HSE audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HSE matters, including training initiatives and awareness programs.
- Oversee incident investigation and reporting processes, and manage compliance with ISO standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in HSE and compliance performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role with a strong background in HSE and compliance management.
- Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001) and experience in implementing and maintaining these standards within an organization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- High standards of compliance and assurance of accountability.
Benefits: Salary €85K - €100K plus 20% bonus, hybrid working model, and excellent opportunity for professional development.
