PM Group has an opportunity for an experienced HSEQ Project Supervisor to join our team in Dublin. This role will involve providing Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) leadership and expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project management aspects, including scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and issue resolution for all elements and HVDC/AC Interconnection Projects. Responsibilities Main responsibilities will include: Lead project management efforts and Interconnection HVDC/AC projects, ensuring all HSEQ standards are met. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues associated and HVDC/AC Interconnection projects. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project objectives are achieved. Conduct regular HSEQ audits, inspections, and assessments to monitor compliance and improve safety, environmental, and quality performance. Provide expert advisory support on HSEQ matters, contributing to project planning, execution, and closure phases. Lead incident investigations and ensure effective reporting and implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Support the development and implementation of HSEQ policies, procedures, and best practices in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor and report on HSEQ performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Qualifications Experience & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSEQ management within the energy sector, specifically with HVDC/AC interconnection projects. Proven track record in project management, with experience in managing schedules, budgets, risks, and issues for and HVDC/AC projects. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant and HVDC/AC projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing HSEQ issues. Relevant professional certifications in HSEQ management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.
