Job Description

About the Role Joining our award-winning HSQE team responsible for implementing and monitoring EPS Groups safety programs and policies, you would be executing the following duties with a focus on the coordination of the day-to-day operations of our HSQE department: Responsibilities Preparing and coordinating the monthly HSQE schedule including collaborating with HSQE officers and site supervisors or agents on a weekly basis. Reviewing, issuing, and tracking the successful closure of HSQE site inspection reports and associated non-conformances including meetings with site personnel as required. Preparing tender submissions in collaboration with the tendering department. Managing the lone working app. Coordinating toolbox talks. Managing equipment calibration and maintenance schedules. Compiling data from; non-conformances, lone working, site inspection reports, and toolbox talks to include in monthly HSQE reports. Completing and coordinating all aspects of new employee inductions in collaboration with the HR team. Arranging HSQE monitoring such as noise and air monitoring as required. Qualifications 3rd level qualification in health, safety, quality and environment and/or 3 years relevant experience. Required Skills Strong technical writing and communication skills required Previous experience with an ERP or software system and competency with control of documentation.
