**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Hub Manager to oversee the operation and provision of services for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism in a 12-month fixed-term contract.
**Job Description:**
The Hub Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation and provision of services for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. This includes day services, supported employment, home support, and community-based living supports.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Service Management: Oversee day-to-day operations in line with Co Action and HSE New Directions policies.
* Person-Centered Planning: Ensure each individual has a meaningful plan that supports their goals.
* Staff Leadership: Manage staff performance, including supervision, appraisals, and team-building initiatives.
* Compliance: Ensure legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards are met, especially safeguarding and health/safety protocols.
* Collaboration: Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams and community networks for holistic support.
* Budget Management: Oversee financial resources, ensuring effective budget control and procurement.
* Strategic Planning: Contribute to service development and ensure alignment with Co Action's long-term goals.
**Essential Requirements:**
* Relevant 3rd Level Qualification (Healthcare, Social Care, etc.)
* Minimum 5 years of social care experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
* Full driving license and vehicle access
* Strong communication, IT, and organizational skills
