Job requires Hub Manager to oversee daily operations of adult services, ensuring individual needs are met, and staff are motivated to deliver high-quality support. TTM Healthcare is partnering with a public sector client to recruit a Hub Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operation and provision of supports and services to adults in their hub, including day services, supported employment opportunities, home support, supported living, and evening and weekend supports. **Key Responsibilities:** • Manage services in the hub, including supports during the day, evenings, and weekends • Ensure individualized plans are regularly reviewed and assessed through person-centered planning tools and multi-disciplinary team collaboration • Guide and motivate staff to implement goals and deliver supports • Attend case review meetings, case conferences, and Referral & Enrolment meetings as required • Ensure safeguarding concerns are reported and responded to in line with organizational policy and procedures • Promote a culture of active listening and engagement with families and significant others • Submit reports as requested and attend regular meetings **Requirements:** • 3rd Level Qualification in a relevant area (Healthcare, Social Care, Health Economics, etc.) • Full Driver's License and access to a vehicle • 5 years of experience working in a social care or service setting • Experience of working to professional and/or best practice standards • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Supervisory Management role
