TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the public sector to recruit a Hub Manager for a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. Location: Castletownbere Adult Day Services Pay scale: €41,059 to €63,359 (depending on previous relevant public sector experience) Contract: Specified Purpose Hours: 9- 5 Monday- Friday(35 hours/week) Duration:12 Month Fixed Term Contract Overall Purpose: The Hub Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation and provision of services for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. This includes day services, supported employment, home support, and community-based living supports. The role involves working closely with staff, families, and community partners to ensure each individuals needs are met in alignment with CoAction's ethos, policies, and relevant national guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Service Management: Oversee day-to-day operations in line with CoAction and HSE New Directions policies. Person-Centered Planning: Ensure each individual has a meaningful plan that supports their goals. Staff Leadership: Manage staff performance, including supervision, appraisals, and team-building initiatives. Compliance: Ensure legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards are met, especially safeguarding and health/safety protocols. Collaboration: Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams and community networks for holistic support. Budget Management: Oversee financial resources, ensuring effective budget control and procurement. Strategic Planning: Contribute to service development and ensure alignment with CoActions long-term goals. Essential Requirements: Relevant 3rd Level Qualification (Healthcare, Social Care, etc.) Minimum 5 years of social care experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role Full driving license and vehicle access Strong communication, IT, and organizational skills Please note candidates with strong Managerial experience will also be considered, working in a previous Healthcare setting is an advantage.
