- Designing and executing change management approaches
- Conducting stakeholder assessment and engagement
- Developing change impact assessments and behaviour-based change readiness solutions
- Creating communication and training strategies
- Supporting transformations using the Deloitte change management approach
Requirements include:
- Experience delivering change management services for transformations like technology implementation, cultural change, or operation model change
- Experience in at least one of the industries listed above
- Ability to oversee and develop junior members of the team
- Strong process and analytical skills
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
