About the Role:

  • Join Deloitte's market-leading HR Transformation practice and use your insight and expertise in projects reaching beyond traditional consulting boundaries.
  • Gain exposure to a broad and varied client base, enabling you to increase your market knowledge across a wide range of industries.
  • Develop your consulting skills, working alongside senior management within the firm and within your clients' organisations.
  • Contribute to the development of the Human Capital business, leading proposals, identifying opportunities in existing and new clients, and building Human Capital's internal brand.

About You:

  • Experience delivering and transforming HR services in high-pace organisations, including outsourced environments.
  • Managing end-to-end HR Transformation projects, including the design, development, and implementation of HR operating models and technology solutions.
  • Prior Consulting experience with significant roles in delivering HR Transformation projects in leading, global organisations.
  • Experience in HR Advisory or HR Functional Areas such as talent management, HR operations/shared services, recruitment, payroll, M&A.
  • Project management, change management, and agile experience.
