About the Role:
- Deliver and transform HR services in high-pace organisations, including outsourced environments.
- Manage end-to-end HR Transformation projects, designing, developing, and implementing HR operating models and technology solutions.
- Develop deep industry and client insight, working alongside senior management and colleagues with significant expertise.
About You:
- Experience in HR Advisory or HR Functional Areas, such as talent management, HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and M&A.
- Knowledge of project management, change management, and agile methodologies.
- Ability to contribute to the development of the Human Capital business, leading proposals and identifying opportunities.
