About the Company:


Our client is a prominent player in the construction sector, renowned for successfully executing large-scale projects while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

They are currently looking for a Project Compliance Officer/ HR administrator to join their team in Newbridge.

This is a key role on an exciting project, where you will ensure compliance protocols are followed and manage critical resource coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison with contracting companies for the onboarding of new employees.
  • Create and manage the Project Compliance & Resource Management Plan, with a focus on personnel arriving from outside the Republic of Ireland.
  • Oversee the registration of all new site personnel from outside the country, ensuring all required processes are completed.
  • Review, verify, and manage documentation to ensure compliance with project standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate new hire inductions and maintain training records, ensuring full audit readiness and site compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of new hires, training, and site induction documentation.
  • Collect, scan, and securely upload necessary documents as per company procedures.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive data and terms of contracts.
  • Manage and process weekly timesheets, tracking absences and leave to facilitate monthly submissions to the head office.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including document management and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate and manage events onsite as requested.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven background in a support or document control role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and approach tasks proactively.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
