About Your New Employer Nationwide transport company which employs 600-800 people in the Southern Region About Your New Role In your new role as the HR Manager for the Southern Region, you will be expected to travel occasionally between Cork, Tralee and Waterford. You will be based in Cork with a Hybrid option once settled in the role You will devise and execute a HR people plan for the Southern region Delivery of recruitment, selection and placement activity within business needs You will be the primary HR point of contact where you will provide professional, objective and fair advice with the aim of supporting all employees. Develop a strong ER strategy and build relationships with trade unions both locally and regionally This is not an exhaustive list of duties. What Skills You Need At least 2 years experience in a HR Management/Supervisory position Relevant 3rd level Degree in Human Resources/Business Must have a clean drivers license and access to own car Proficiency in MS Office and HR Systems Experience in providing HR advisory and support services to management teams and staff Strong project and programme management skills Experience developing and implementing HR policies, processes, practices and procedures.
