Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and driving change and continuous improvement in all areas of HR. This role is responsible for leading the HR function, overseeing recruitment, disciplinary processes, process improvement, payroll, compliance, leadership, and employee development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in all HR functional areas, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with all colleagues at all levels of the business.

Role Responsibilities:

* Oversee recruitment start to end for the day-to-day recruitment needs
* Support the disciplinary process, taking over from the HR Generalist when needed
* Drive process improvement on all HR processes, policies, and procedures
* Oversee the payroll process, liaising with the external provider
* Ensure HR provides KPIs to feed business information on human resources, staffing, and other areas of focus
* Ensure compliance with central bank requirements, employment legislation, health & safety standards, and other mandatory training requirements
* Provide strong leadership to the Company, demonstrating solid HR knowledge, management capabilities, engagement with key stakeholders, change management techniques, and exceptional communication skills

Person specifications:

* Experience in all HR functional areas; minimum of 7 years' experience as HR Generalist, business partner or above
* Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with all colleagues at all levels of the business
* Customer focused, results drive, analytical, and a critical thinker, with ability to problem solve and an aptitude for planning and organization
* Positive person, able to engage others and embrace change every step of the way
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of team, responds well to working under pressure
