HR Assistant (Professional Services) Location: Dublin 2 Contract:Full-time, permanent Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package, including pension, life cover, income protection, travel saver scheme, and wellness initiatives. Industry: Legal / Professional Services We are working with a leading, full-service professional services firm in Dublin, seeking to recruit an experienced HR Assistant to join their HR team. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries. Provide HR administrative support across various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Assist withemployee documentation such as contracts, recruitment paperwork, and employee benefits. Support recruitment efforts by posting job vacancies, shortlisting applications, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications. Maintain and update employee files, records, and the HR database, ensuring compliance with all leave and documentation requirements. Help manage CSR initiatives and internal engagement programs, including employee wellness and corporate social responsibility projects. Process applications for internal benefits, such as the Bike to Work scheme and tax saver travel tickets. Co-Ordinate Transition Year Programme. Key Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation. Excellent IT skills, particularly with MS Excel. Highly organised, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Motivated, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Ideal Candidate: At least two years of HR administration experience in a professional services environment. A third-level qualification in HR or a related field is essential; a CIPD qualification is advantageous. A good understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
