Permanent Human Resources Assistant Grade IV A career opportunity has arisen in the Human Resources Department of a well-established organization that provides services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources team in the management of recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Human Resources team in the management of recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Hold a degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience.
  • Have strong analytical skills and be proficient in the operation and use of computers, particularly Microsoft Office Professional Software and HR systems.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Be a strong team player with a proven ability to deliver on results and meet deadlines.
  • Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Have an appreciation of the needs of people with intellectual disabilities.
  • Be in possession of a clean driving licence.
