Job Description

Turner & Townsend is looking for an experienced HR Consultant with strong merger and acquisition experience to support the European Human Resources team with ongoing projects.

This is a fixed term role, starting ASAP until end March 2025 with possible extension to the end of December 2025.

Qualifications

  • HR background
  • Experience in multinational companies and with large M&A projects, affecting several countries/legal entities at the same time, with workers council involvement
  • Experience with handling and coordinating HR workstreams during M&A projects
  • Experience in conducting side-by-side analysis of remuneration packages, due diligence tasks such as identifying deviations and risks and proposal how to mitigate
  • Experienced in preparing, coordinating and conducting consultation meetings and issuing required documents
  • Knowledge of the TUPE process, ideally for different countries in Europe
  • Experience in organizing onboarding and day 1 requirements for large groups of people
  • Hands-on mentality
