Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at CPM. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall growth of our business by driving best practice and continuous improvement.

The HR Generalist will provide support to the HR function, promoting company values and ensuring adherence to internal policy and legislative guidelines. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR department, projects, and initiatives
  • Supporting Employment Law Grievance & Disciplinary processes
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries and requests
  • Maintaining and updating HR shared drive and HRIS employee profile database
  • Supporting line managers with induction, probation, and performance management procedures
  • Driving continuous improvement through good working relationships
  • Supporting recruitment activity and compiling induction packs
  • Delivering reports on department activity

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 2 years' HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced HR department
  • Strong HR administration experience
  • Solid working knowledge of Irish employment law and best practice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
