Job Description
QDSM is seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks, service, repair and install HVAC units and systems, and ensure high-quality delivery of works.
Quinn Downes Service & Maintenance (QDSM) is a leading Irish owned company specialising in Hard Services Maintenance & Facility Supports, operating under the Quinn Downes Group established in 1999.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Control and carry out routine Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks.
- Service, repair and install HVAC units and systems at different client sites.
- Ensure all works are delivered on time and to the highest level of quality.
- Be proactive and client-focused in the delivery of all works.
- Represent the company in a competent and professional manner at all times.
Essential Requirements:
- Apprenticeship Qualification in Plumbing, Electrician, or Refrigeration and AC.
- Full clean driver's licence.
- 2+ Years Experience working with HVAC equipment.
- Excellent Communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
- RGII Qualification.
- F-Gas Qualification.
- Experience in PPMs on all HVAC plant.
- Knowledge in fault finding.
