Job Description The role is part of the whole organisation team and as such requires you to perform such reasonable tasks that are required, as and when are necessary, to maintain, promote, develop and expand the business of our organisation and its interests generally. You must carry out your duties to the best of your ability, having consideration for the needs of your colleagues, the Organisation and its clients/customers. You must abide by all reasonable instruction given to you and comply with Jones Engineering rules, procedures and policies. General assistance to our Maintenance Technicians for all types of mechanical work to include the following; Supporting HVAC maintenance technicians in carrying out routine planned preventative maintenance Inspection, install and testing of HVAC plant and equipment Diagnosing problems and faults found while completing planned preventative maintenance Maintenance and repair of plant Organise & collect plant, equipment and spare parts when requested by Technician Liaising with Line Manager and other site workers to perform jobs as and when they are required in accordance with contract/agreed requirements and within agreed time limits Focus on maintaining quality while completing allocated work tasks within targets provided Working using your own initiative within agreed roles Maintain accurate worksheets and records/documentation associated with your work through company management system Meet targets and contribute to those of the team as a whole Skills and Requirements Technical qualification would be desirable but not essential Requisite knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials common to the HVAC Industry To be flexible and willing to work as part of a team To understand and deliver excellent customer service Strong work ethic with an ability to work on own initiative Full clean driving licence Safepass, Manual Handling and working at height training is desirable Benefits We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
