Contact Ciaran Hall, the consultant managing this role.ATG are seeking a Hydrogeologist to join a fast-growing Dublin-based team. You will be responsible for assessing groundwater resources, conducting hydrogeological surveys, and developing models to support sustainable water management.Key tasks include:Groundwater Assessment: Conduct site investigations, groundwater sampling, and hydrogeological modeling to assess aquifer properties and groundwater flow.Data Analysis: Analyze hydrogeological data using specialized software to assess water quality, pollution risks, and aquifer sustainability.Field Work: Perform groundwater monitoring, borehole drilling oversight, aquifer testing, and environmental sampling.Project Management: Assist in the design and management of hydrogeological and environmental projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.Reporting: Prepare detailed technical reports, including data interpretation, groundwater models, and risk assessments. Present findings to clients and stakeholders.Environmental Impact Assessments: Support environmental teams in preparing hydrogeological input for Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEAs), and planning applications.Consultation and Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, environmental scientists, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure water resource projects meet legal and sustainability requirements.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with local and EU regulations related to groundwater protection, waste management, and environmental sustainability.Requirements:Degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, or related field.Experience in groundwater modeling and site investigations.Knowledge of Irish water regulations.Strong analytical and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
