FLI Precast Solutions Ltd. are recruiting a Hygiene and Facilities Operative to join our busy and growing Facilities and Maintenance team. This role is part of a wider team and reports to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager. This is a full-time, permanent contract position. Roles and Responsibilities: Work as part of the site maintenance and facilities team. Clean and maintain welfare facilities daily. General upkeep of yard including some landscaping work. Cleaning and unblocking of internal and external drains as required. Management of waste bins across site. General upkeep of common areas. Ensure all designated areas are cleaned and maintained to standard. Monitor and control stock for facilities team. Ensure all areas of the hygiene schedule are completed as required. Carry out deep-cleaning tasks as required. Co-operate and participate in training and development in cross-skilling and other job-related competencies. Follow all Health and Safety rules and regulations on site. Any other duties that may be assigned by the Maintenance and Facilities Manager or their designees. The Ideal Candidate: Capability and comfortability in driving a forklift truck training will be provided. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken. Ability to work as part of a wider team as well as on own initiative. Flexibility and willingness to upskill. Proven record of good timekeeping and attendance.
