- Design benchmark scenarios and implement workloads to measure performance data.
- Collaborate with global teams to improve system performance across the stack.
- Analyze performance data to identify issues and bottlenecks.
- Develop and prototype solutions to improve performance and drive innovation.
Requirements
- Strong analytical thinking skills and experience with complex technical problems.
- Programming and scripting languages (Java, Python, Bash, Ansible, Eclipse).
- Container-based runtime environments (Kubernetes, Open Shift, etc.) and databases (IBM Db2, Postgres, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of agile concepts and good communication skills.
