**ICT Team Leader Job Description** **Summary:** Lead the delivery of Lab Site Operations (LSO) services, ensuring a consistent and high-level service delivery to clients through developing excellent relationships with internal clients and external suppliers. **Job Description:** As the ICT Team Leader, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the clients' R&D test environment/lab/datacentre. You will lead a team of account staff and develop positive relationships with clients to ensure excellent service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include: * Acting as a single point of contact for all facilities management services issues in Ireland * Responding to problems and concerns, implementing policy, rules, and regulations * Managing contractual relationships and working with clients to assure excellent service delivery * Supporting account management teams to monitor and modify services deliverables * Reviewing and establishing procedure playbooks to demonstrate performance * Managing the effective implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures * Ensuring superior delivery of all contract deliverables, including measurable value-add, innovation, and continuous improvement **Typical Interfaces:** * Colleagues in various units, including Lab Site Operations (LSO) and other Lab Operations units * Technicians and engineers * Line Management * Project Management * Local Facility Management Organization * 3rd party suppliers **Tools and Resources:** * Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio * Collaboration tools, such as MS Teams and Sharepoint * Web applications, including browsers, search engines, and document archive systems * Proprietary tools and databases, including e Start, Hydra, Equipman, Confluence, and Check_MK **Behavioural Competences:** * Delivering results and meeting customer expectations * Applying expertise and technology * Working in a structured but dynamic environment * Following instructions and procedures * Developing competence in line with future trends * Flexibility to engage in all lab operation activities * Good team player * Self-starter * Curious and proactive * Ethical and conscientious **Qualification and Technical Competency:** * Third-level technical qualification or a minimum of two years' experience in a relevant role * Familiarity with data centres from an ICT perspective * Knowledge of operational health and safety (OHS) as it pertains to working in an IT environment
