Servisource recruitment is currently working with a private healthcare clinic in Dublin recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager for the ICU department.Key Responsibilities:To provide professional / clinical leadership in the designated area(s) of responsibility. To oversee the management of resources including staffing and staff development. To facilitate communication across the healthcare teams.You must practice within the Codes of Practice, Rules and Guidelines set out by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) and comply with the policies and procedures of Blackrock Clinic.Personally, and professionally, you are accountable to the patient. You are personally accountable for your own actions at all times.Key relationships: DON, ADON team, CNM2/CNM1 to ensure the delivery of safe person-centred care in consultation with key stakeholders of the multidisciplinary team.Registered in the relevant division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.Have at least 5 years post-registration full-time (or an aggregate of 5 years post-registration full-time) experience, of which 2 years (or an aggregate of 2 years post-registration full-time experience) must be in the specialty of Intensive Care or a related area.Have the clinical, managerial, and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role.Evidence of continuous personal & professional development.Must possess the requisite knowledge and ability including a high standard of suitability and clinical, managerial, and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role.Evidence of ongoing professional development.
