Job Description

Electrical Maintenance Technician sought for a role in a facilities management company, providing electrical repair and maintenance services to clients in the mid-west region.

K-MAC Facilities Management Installations is an international company with a Global HQ based in Switzerland, operating worldwide with 21 offices in 14 countries and over 600 employees. We provide facility management services to both Irish and multinational companies, focusing on organisations keen to implement best practices across various sectors.

As an FM Maintenance Electrical Technician, you will play a crucial role in our planned preventative maintenance team, working as part of a dedicated service team to provide comprehensive service to our customers. You will be required to coordinate your work assignments and report via our FM CAFM system.

The ideal candidate will have a Qualified Electrician Certificate (Fetac Level 6 Craft Cert), a valid Safe Pass, and a full clean driver's license. You will also have demonstrated experience, knowledge, and good working practices in the FM Industry, and be eligible to work in Ireland.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Performing general routine LV & ELV electrical services maintenance tasks.
  • Engaging in reactive, quoted, project works, and PPM.
  • Conducting general electrical building checks to current compliance standards.
  • Carrying out H&S checklists.
  • Working cohesively as part of an existing experienced multi-skilled mobile maintenance team.
  • Addressing general ad hoc tasks as they arise or are requested by clients.
  • Service, fault finding, and repairing electrical systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with K-MAC Installations' health and safety procedures.
  • Supporting FM Operation Managers and contributing to weekly planning & scheduling meetings as required.
  • Maintaining all company-issued equipment in a clean, serviceable, presentable, and safe manner.
  • Completing all company paperwork accurately and legibly and presenting it in a timely manner.

Pay: From €52,250.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability
